SINO Logistics Vietnam Dedicated Line is a one-stop cross-border logistics channel for cross-border e-commerce merchants and foreign trade enterprises. It integrates land transportation, dual customs clearance & tax inclusive service, nationwide delivery and multi-warehouse handover, meeting shipment requirements for different transit times, cargo types and delivery scenarios. The standardized and categorized business terms are as follows:
Warm Reminder: Our company rejects sensitive goods such as tobacco and alcohol. Anyone who deliberately ships prohibited goods will be fined RMB 5,000 and referred to judicial authorities for disposal! Additional Note: Before cargo handover, please carefully read and understand the instructions and remarks of each channel to reasonably avoid or bear corresponding risks and prevent unnecessary troubles afterwards.
The whole channel adopts land freight DDP dual customs clearance and tax inclusive service. The quotation covers destination duties. Customers do not need to handle destination tax and customs clearance procedures for one-stop receipt of goods.
Important Notice: The quotation excludes remote surcharges, fines, warehousing fees, return fees and destruction fees caused by the consignee. If the consignee refuses payment, such fees will automatically be borne by the shipper (sending company), and the shipper shall not refuse payment for any reason.
(1) Delivery Scenarios: Delivery available to e-commerce overseas warehouses, non-e-commerce warehouses, local Vietnamese corporate addresses and residential addresses across Vietnam. (2) Address Amendment Charges: Address change after cargo loading will incur redelivery fees; redelivery fees for central and remote areas are relatively high. Within the same province: RMB200 per shipment (within 4 CBM). Cross-province: RMB400 per shipment (within 4 CBM). For volume exceeding the limit, RMB50 per additional CBM; special cases quoted separately. For shipments from Zone A to Zones BCD, trunk freight RMB200/CBM, minimum RMB200 for shipments within 1 CBM. (3) Surcharges for Special Cargo: For machinery & equipment within 3 CBM, an extra RMB200/CBM applies; quotation for 3‑10 CBM upon separate inquiry. If any single side exceeds 2 meters or single package weight exceeds 1.5 tons, delivery surcharge RMB300 per shipment. For extra-large and overweight cargo, crane service fee RMB1,800 per shipment for door delivery.
(1) Land Freight DDP: Transit time 5‑7 working days.
Billing Rules: Weight limit 230KG per CBM. For overweight cargo: Actual weight ÷ 230KG = chargeable CBM. If any single side of cargo exceeds 2 meters or single package weight exceeds 1.5 tons, delivery fees need separate confirmation.
Customs Declaration Related: ① Full container shipments support separate customs declaration. LCL formal declaration & clearance: minimum 5CBM, plus RMB100/CBM on freight basis; domestic customs declaration fee RMB600 per shipment. ② The shipper must provide detailed Chinese & English PACKING LIST and INVOICE. ③ If customs inspection occurs due to under-declaration or omission of cargo value by the client, the shipper shall bear all liabilities and costs.
For oversize and overweight cargo requiring forklift loading and unloading, fees will be charged based on actual expenses incurred.
This dedicated line covers the whole of Vietnam, including major provinces and cities in the north, central and south regions. Delivery is supported to commercial addresses, residential premises and major e-commerce warehouses. Redelivery and delivery costs for central and remote areas are higher. Please confirm in advance before shipment.
Rejected goods: toy guns (gun replicas), cigarettes, narcotics, live animals and plants, medicines, flammable & explosive goods, corrosives, optical discs, arms and weapons and other articles restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association)! If cigarettes are seized, a fine of RMB5,000 will be imposed and the case will be reported to the police for severe punishment without leniency!
(1) High-quality local Vietnamese logistics resources are adopted for stable last-mile delivery. Optimal delivery methods are matched according to regions and cargo types. (2) For machinery & equipment with single side over 2 meters or single package over 1.5 tons, delivery, crane and forklift fees must be confirmed before shipment, reimbursed on actual basis. (3) Address amendment after cargo loading will incur redelivery and trunk freight charges in accordance with address change rules. Costs for central and remote areas are relatively high.
The shipper shall be responsible for packaging safety. No compensation will be offered for cargo damage, partial loss or delay caused by poor packaging. No compensation for breakage of fragile goods.
Heavy rainfall is frequent in Southeast Asia, please apply waterproof packaging for goods. If packaging service is requested from our team: carton RMB10/pc, waterproof packaging RMB10/piece. Wooden case and pallet fabrication fees are charged based on actual cost.
The above quotation includes invoicing fees (transport invoice, service invoice, etc. issued for payment).

① Our company shall not bear any liability for cargo detention or loss caused by inconsistent declared information submitted by the shipper against actual goods. All incurred costs shall be borne by the client. ② In case of cargo loss or severe man-made damage during transit, compensation will be three times the freight, with maximum compensation not exceeding RMB600 per shipment. Please fully reinforce packaging by yourself. No compensation for cargo damage or breakage of fragile goods. Damage to food eaten or gnawed by rats in the warehouse is not eligible for compensation. ③ The shipper shall be responsible for packaging safety. No compensation for cargo damage, partial loss or delay caused by poor packaging, such as fragile items.
Force Majeure Disclaimer: We will not compensate for transit delays caused by force majeure including land route blockage, port congestion, extreme weather, customs inspection at Vietnamese ports, domestic and overseas security detention.
(1) Clients must truthfully declare cargo information and provide complete Chinese and English packing lists and commercial invoices. The shipper shall bear all liabilities and costs arising from customs inspection, cargo detention and fines due to under-declaration or omission of cargo value.
(2) For machinery, overlength and overweight cargo, forklift, crane and delivery surcharges must be confirmed before shipment. Address change after cargo loading will incur redelivery / trunk freight charges.
(3) No compensation for transit delays caused by force majeure including land route issues, port congestion, extreme weather, Vietnamese port inspection and domestic & overseas security detention!
(4) For returns triggered by failed last-mile delivery or consignee refusal, all return handling fees and redelivery charges shall be borne by the shipper and settled on actual basis!
(5) Outer cartons must be sturdy with proper waterproof protection to prevent cargo damage in transit. Labels must be intact and firmly attached. All costs arising from undeliverable shipments due to blurred, missing or damaged labels shall be borne by the shipper. For smooth customs clearance, “Made in China” mark must be clearly printed or pasted on all outer packages.
(6) Shipping prohibited goods such as tobacco and alcohol is strictly forbidden. Violators will be fined and reported to police once detected.
For non-standard cargo types, special oversize dimensions, bulk customized logistics plans, complex inspection orders and shipment of large machinery & equipment, separate inquiry can be submitted per shipment for confirmation.
