Laos DDP door to door Services

SINO Logistics Laos Dedicated Line is a one-stop cross-border logistics channel for cross-border e-commerce merchants and foreign trade enterprises. It integrates multi-mode transportation and customs clearance with multi-warehouse handover, meeting shipment requirements for different transit times, cargo types and delivery scenarios. The standardized and categorized business terms are as follows:

Additional Note: Before cargo handover, please carefully read and understand all channel specifications and remarks to reasonably avoid or bear corresponding risks and prevent unnecessary troubles afterwards.

I. Customs Clearance & Delivery Modes (DDP / DDU Dual Modes)

Customs clearance service for Laos is available across the whole channel with two optional modes to fulfill full-scenario delivery demands: (1) DDP Tax-Inclusive Channel: Full package including customs clearance, import duties and all taxes. Customers do not need to handle destination tax and customs clearance formalities. (2) DDU Non-Tax-Inclusive Channel: Customs clearance service provided. Import duties and taxes in the destination country shall be borne by the consignee. (3) Delivery Scenarios: Delivery available to e-commerce overseas warehouses, non-e-commerce warehouses, local Lao corporate addresses and residential addresses. For channels without delivery service specified, goods must be picked up by customers at designated outlets. Quotation of logistics channels excludes delivery fees. If door delivery is required, dedicated vehicles can be arranged based on cargo data with fees reimbursed on actual basis. High-value goods must be insured.

II. Transport Channels & Transit Time (Optional on Demand)

Two core channels, courier service and land freight, are available according to clients’ timeline and budget: (1) China-Laos Courier Service: Transit time 5‑7 days. Shipments under 1kg are charged as 1kg. This channel rejects liquids, powders, batteries, magnetic goods, food, cosmetics and single packages over 40kg. (2) China-Laos Land Freight: Customers are required to pick up goods at designated outlets. Shipments under 1kg are charged as 1kg. This channel rejects liquids, powders, batteries, magnetic goods, food, cosmetics and single packages over 40kg.

Billing Threshold: Cargo with chargeable weight within 100kg is billed under courier rate; consignments with total weight over 100kg for multiple packages adopt logistics rate. Weight limit: 500KG per CBM. Quotation for sensitive goods upon separate inquiry.

III. Service Coverage (Laos)

This dedicated line covers major regions of Laos. Self-pickup at network outlets is the default option for logistics channels. If door-to-door delivery is needed, dedicated vehicle delivery fees will be charged on actual basis.

IV. Acceptable Cargo & Billing Rules

  2. Surcharges for high-value goods: Cash collection service fee at 0.5% of collected amount. Additional customs fee RMB100 per mobile phone, RMB200 per computer. High-value goods must be insured.
