The standardized business terms for the Brunei dedicated line are as follows:
Formal dual customs clearance services are available throughout the line supported by our in-house Brunei customs clearance license and exclusive agent resources. Powered by dual strengths of native-language communication and localized services, DDP and DDU modes are optional to fit various delivery scenarios including corporate consignees, e-commerce inventory, private addresses and personal consolidation. (1) DDP Tax-Inclusive Channel: Covers full customs clearance, import duties and related taxes. Customers do not need to handle local Brunei customs declaration and tax payment procedures. One-stop service until receipt of goods, hassle-free and suitable for most shipping scenarios such as cross-border e-commerce and personal Taobao consolidation. (2) DDU Non-Tax-Inclusive Channel: Offers domestic customs declaration + destination port customs clearance + nationwide last-mile delivery. All duties and taxes incurred at destination shall be borne by the consignee. It meets the demand for independent tax filing and import by local Brunei enterprises with complete and compliant customs records. (3) Core Delivery Scenarios: Exclusive delivery to warehouses of Brunei e-commerce platforms and third-party overseas warehouses; also covers nationwide addresses including local corporate premises, industrial parks and private residences in Brunei. We have signed cooperation agreements with multiple e-commerce platforms and Brunei travel agencies. Together with an intelligent tracking system, full cargo visibility is realized.
We have signed contracts with multiple airlines and shipping carriers to provide end-to-end space and container booking services from China to Brunei. Four core channels are available: air freight, Taobao consolidation, LCL sea freight and FCL sea freight, featuring tiered transit times and stable capacity to satisfy shipping requirements with different budgets and lead times.
(1) Brunei Air Freight: Daily departures, minimum shipment of 1KG. Direct contracted air space guarantees transit performance. Overall transit time: 4‑8 working days. Ideal for urgent restocking, samples, small e-commerce parcels and personal consolidated shipments with timely logistics updates.
(2) Taobao Consolidation Channel: Minimum shipment of 1KG, daily shipments to Brunei all year round. Equipped with an intelligent logistics system for real-time cargo status inquiry to meet personal online shopping consolidation needs.
(3) LCL Sea Freight: Domestic consolidation warehouse for unified cargo collection and container loading. Overall transit time: 12‑20 working days with outstanding cost performance, suitable for bulk general cargo and medium & large-sized shipments.
(4) FCL Sea Freight: Accepts full container shipments nationwide with dedicated personnel tracking the whole process. Designed for large-volume foreign trade orders from factories with ample vessel space for heavy and large cargo.
(1) Acceptable Cargo: Regular general goods, mainstream e-commerce products and personal consolidated parcels are accepted subject to Brunei customs import regulations. For controlled commodities, the consignee must obtain corresponding import permits in advance. (2) Weight Range: 1KG to 3000KG, covering personal small parcels, single medium/large items, bulk heavy cargo and full-container shipments, serving individual clients, small & medium cross-border e-commerce merchants and foreign trade factories.
One-stop last-mile delivery is available in Brunei. We deploy our own vehicles or partner local logistics providers flexibly according to distance. Our service covers all major regions including Bandar Seri Begawan, Muara, Tutong and Belait, with a delivery signature rate exceeding 96%.
Delivery Coverage: Nationwide commercial districts, industrial parks, private residences and overseas warehouse addresses across Brunei.
Remote Area Rules: Brunei has a limited land area with few remote locations. Remote surcharges apply to a small number of outlying sites. You may consult us before shipment to avoid extra costs.
Extra handling fees will be charged for non-compliant shipments. Severe oversize/overweight cargo will be rejected directly. Custom solutions are available for oversize FCL cargo. Detailed standards are as follows:
Weight Standards Normal compliant weight: actual weight per package ≤70KG; Overage charge rule: extra handling fee applies to single packages weighing 70‑100KG; Hard rejection rule: regular channel rejects single packages ≥100KG (except custom FCL shipments).
Dimension Standards Normal compliant dimension: longest side ＜150cm; Oversize charge rule: oversize handling fee applies to parcels with one side 150‑200cm; Hard rejection rule: regular channel rejects parcels with any side ≥200cm (except custom FCL shipments).
Volumetric Weight Calculation: Adopts international standard: Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000. Chargeable weight is the greater value between volumetric weight and actual weight.
Full-process visible tracking for the Brunei dedicated line. From domestic pickup, warehouse consolidation, trunk transportation, port customs inspection, last-mile delivery to final signature, you may check cargo transit routes, logistics milestones and shipment status in real time under one tracking number with transparent information. Taobao consolidation customers can query shipment status independently via the intelligent logistics system.
(1) Brunei Customs requires import permits for controlled goods such as electronic products and food. If your cargo falls under controlled categories, the consignee must obtain the corresponding permit in advance. All costs arising from detention or return due to missing permits shall be borne by the shipper.
(2) For shipments under DDU non-tax-inclusive mode, the consignee must hold valid and genuine Brunei import qualifications. Formal customs declaration cannot proceed without compliant qualifications. All destination port duties, inspection fees and other charges are settled on an actual cost basis.
(3) We shall not be liable for compensation of transit delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to flight/vessel cancellation, port congestion, extreme weather, customs inspection at domestic and overseas ports, and local policy adjustments.
(4) For returned shipments caused by consignee refusal, invalid delivery address, incomplete or incorrect address information, failed signature and other non-logistics reasons, all costs including return fees, redelivery fees and warehousing detention charges shall be borne by the shipper and settled on an actual cost basis.
(5) Wooden packaged goods must bear IPPC fumigation marks. Non-compliance will lead to cargo detention or return at destination port.
(1) Custom one-off logistics plans can be provided for special cargo types, extra-large/non-standard dimensions, large-volume custom orders and complex logistics demands to match individual shipping requirements.
(2) SINO dedicated lines serve only direct traders and cross-border e-commerce merchants. Transshipment from peer freight forwarders is not accepted, thank you for your understanding!
