The air freight service provides dual customs clearance and door-to-door delivery from Guangzhou, China to Qatar. It is divided into non-battery general cargo and battery-powered general cargo. Rates for overlength cargo shall be quoted separately. Consignee address needs to be verified to confirm whether it is within the free delivery zone.
One-stop dual customs clearance & door-to-door service: Cargo departs from Guangzhou and will be delivered to consignee’s address after dual customs clearance. Customers do not need to handle complicated logistics and customs clearance procedures.
Billing rule: Charged on the greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight, minimum shipment of 20kg; weight cargo ratio: 1:400.
Reference transit time: 10‑15 days for general cargo. Consignee address must be verified for free delivery eligibility.
Intelligent system management: Systematic order management for the whole process. Notifications for warehouse receipt, flight departure, customs clearance and delivery milestones. 24/7 online cargo tracking available.

Important Remarks: Separate quotation for overlength cargo. Counterfeit goods are not accepted. Air Delivery Instruction: Free delivery within free delivery zone for shipments over 20kg. Extra fees apply for out-of-zone addresses. “MADE IN CHINA” marking is mandatory on cargo and outer cartons. Outer cartons must be wrapped with woven bags.
Rejected Goods for Air Shipment: Counterfeit goods, electric appliances, fans, balloons, power banks, toys, cosmetics, religious items, books, food, liquids, pastes, powders and other sensitive or dangerous goods.
For our Qatar sea freight line, shipments less than 1CBM will be billed as 1CBM. Free delivery is available for shipments ≥3CBM.

Domestic warehouse: Cargo acceptance in Guangzhou. Consolidated shipment from multiple sources supported. Destination service: Qatar dual customs clearance & door-to-door service. Warehouse self-pickup available. Consignee address verification is required for both air and sea shipments to confirm delivery access and surcharges.
Deadline for claim application: Claims must be submitted within 3 working days after consignee receives goods. No claims will be accepted beyond this period.
Claim standard for air & sea door-to-door dedicated lines:
In case of total loss of whole package, we shall compensate twice the freight of the lost shipment (i.e. freight waived plus compensation equivalent to one additional freight). Compensation amount shall not exceed cargo value. If freight exceeds cargo value, compensation will be capped at cargo value.
Loss covered, damage excluded: Only applicable to total loss of whole parcel. Loss of individual pieces inside a parcel is not covered. Due to multi-segment transportation, please ensure solid cargo packaging. Damage of fragile goods shall be borne by the shipper.
Cargo insurance is available at a premium of 3% of cargo value. Loss caused by third-party factors such as customs inspection is excluded from insurance coverage.
We shall not be liable for cargo loss arising from uncontrollable third-party factors including customs inspection. Such losses shall be borne by the shipper.
Required claim documents: Clients need to submit claim letter and supporting documents for investigation, including consignee information, commodity description, declared value and purchase invoice. Compensation will be issued after we confirm the loss.
Please ensure actual cargo matches the declaration on packing list. False declaration, concealment or omission is prohibited. Our company reserves the right to pursue liabilities once discrepancies are detected.
Cargo shall be properly packed by shipper. Any loss or damage caused by improper packaging shall be borne by your company.
Kind Reminder: Submission of cargo to us is deemed acceptance of all above terms.
Accurate declaration of commodity name, material, quantity and cargo value is mandatory before shipment. Concealment and misdeclaration are forbidden to avoid customs clearance abnormalities and extra charges at destination.
Battery-powered and overlength cargo must be confirmed with account consultants before shipment. Follow channel requirements strictly for stable customs clearance and transport.
Outer cartons must be sturdy and neat with clear shipping marks. Outer cartons for air freight must be wrapped with woven bags. “MADE IN CHINA” marking must be printed or affixed on goods and packaging.
Transit time is for reference only. Lead time will be extended without compensation in case of force majeure such as port congestion, customs inspection, adverse weather or local policy changes.
