SINO Logistics UAE Dubai Dedicated Line is a one-stop cross-border logistics channel launched for cross-border e-commerce merchants and foreign trade enterprises. Integrating multi-modal transportation, dual customs clearance & tax inclusive service, nationwide delivery and multi-warehouse handover, it can satisfy shipping requirements for different transit times, cargo types and delivery scenarios. The standardized and categorized business terms are as follows:
Dual customs clearance service for the whole line with two optional modes to cover full-scenario delivery demands:
(1) DDP Tax-Inclusive Channel: Full-service covering customs clearance, import duties and all relevant taxes. Customers do not need to handle destination-country tax and customs clearance formalities for one-stop receipt of goods.
(2) DDU Non-Tax-Inclusive Channel: Provides dual customs clearance plus last-mile delivery service. Import duties and taxes of the destination country shall be borne by the consignee.
(3) Delivery Scenarios: Delivery available to e-commerce overseas warehouses, non-e-commerce warehouses, local corporate addresses and private residential addresses across the UAE. Deliveries are only made to the ground floor of consignee premises; loading/unloading and upstairs service are not included. Shipments to addresses outside downtown Dubai will be charged at remote area delivery rates.
Two primary channels (air & sea) are available based on customers’ timeline and budget, featuring stable and tiered lead times:
(1) Air Freight + Delivery (Air DDP): Transit time 10–15 days, expedited channel for urgent restocking and time-sensitive orders. Flight arrangements are subject to our actual scheduling. Price Note: Quotation covers air shipment originating from Guangzhou, China to downtown Dubai, delivery to the ground floor of consignee premises, excluding loading/unloading and upstairs service. Delivery to other addresses shall refer to remote area surcharges. Cargo to be delivered to Guangzhou-Foshan warehouse.
(2) Sea Freight + Delivery (Sea DDP): Transit time 30–35 days, low-cost channel for large/heavy cargo and low-urgency stock replenishment. Weekly container loading subject to our actual scheduling. Price Note: This quotation covers ocean freight to our Dubai warehouse, tax-inclusive dual customs clearance and delivery within Dubai to the ground floor of consignee premises, excluding loading/unloading and upstairs service. Remote area delivery surcharges apply (minimum billing: 1 CBM). Cargo accepted at Guangzhou-Foshan and Yiwu warehouses. For drop-off at other locations, please contact our sales representative for transit fees. Force majeure excluded, such as intensive customs inspection, vessel schedule delays and policy changes.
This dedicated line covers the entire UAE with no blind delivery zones, including all emirates and regions of the UAE. Delivery is supported for commercial addresses, private residences and major e-commerce warehouses. Addresses outside downtown Dubai are billed under remote address rules.
Acceptable Cargo: Unbranded general cargo, products with built-in batteries. E-cigarettes are accepted via sea freight channel (volumetric conversion for e-cigarettes: 1 CBM = 167KG).
Volume Conversion Rules
Air freight: Volumetric weight = (L×W×H cm) ÷ 6000; 1 CBM = 167KG
Sea freight general / special cargo: 1 CBM = 500KG; E-cigarettes: 1 CBM = 167KG
Weight, Pallet & Surcharge RulesAir Freight
Single package maximum weight: ≤50KG. Packages over 50KG must be palletized, with pallet skids no less than 9cm high.
Forklift surcharge: RMB100 per package for single packages above 50KG; RMB150 per package for over 500KG; RMB200 per package for over 1 ton. Capped at RMB500 per shipment. Single packages over 2 tons require separate quotation.
Pallet dimension limit: 3m(L) ×1.45m(W) ×1.48m(H). Items exceeding this size require separate quotation.
Sea Freight
Single packages over 50KG must be palletized, with pallet skids no less than 9cm high.
Forklift surcharge: RMB100 per package for single packages above 50KG; RMB150 per package for over 500KG; RMB200 per package for over 1 ton. Capped at RMB500 per shipment. Single packages over 2 tons require separate quotation.
Additional surcharge RMB100/CBM applies to single packages over 50KG or over 0.6 CBM.
(1) Premium leading local UAE logistics resources are adopted for stable delivery and high signature rates. The optimal delivery method will be matched according to regions and cargo types. (2) Delivery scope covers commercial districts and private residences. Deliveries are only made to the ground floor; loading/unloading and upstairs service are not included. (3) Remote zones defined for last-mile delivery: remote addresses incur standard remote delivery surcharges, minimum billing volume 1 CBM.
Air freight: Cargo must carry shipping marks upon warehouse entry; shipments without marks will be rejected.
Sea freight: Cargo must bear our waybill number upon warehouse entry; shipments without numbers will be rejected. Our service to stick waybill labels after warehousing costs RMB1 per carton.
Please notify us in advance for staggered warehousing. We shall not be liable for any consequences arising from unreported staggered deliveries.
Standard cargo: carton + woven bag. For wooden crate packaging, use hinged tops for convenient customs inspection. If packed non-compliant, repacking fees after unpacking will be charged on an actual cost basis.
General and branded goods are accepted in cartons (minimum 5-ply thickness). Cartons must be rigid, regular-shaped and clean, free of sensitive stickers, text or unrelated brand logos. Neutral packaging is mandatory.
Packaging for batteries and power banks: loose cells must be individually sealed in plastic bags. Bare batteries stacked directly inside boxes are strictly prohibited due to high flammability risk. Full insulation is required.
Air freight customs declaration: General trade declaration available for general cargo / built-in battery goods, minimum 50KG. GZAIR001‑P channel declaration fee RMB400 per shipment; HKAIR008‑P channel declaration surcharge RMB550 per shipment. (Excluding product testing fees; other miscellaneous fees settled on actual basis.)
Sea freight customs declaration: Accepts unbranded general cargo or unbranded goods with small built-in batteries. Declaration fee RMB400 per shipment plus RMB50/CBM. Cargo delivered to designated warehouses in Guangzhou-Foshan, Shenzhen or Yiwu. Declared shipments require container consolidation.
We can only issue zero-tax invoices. Please consult our sales representative if required. Overseas invoices are not available for the time being.
Collection and COD services are available. Please consult sales representative for handling fees and exchange rates.
3 days of free storage in our Dubai warehouse. After 3 days: AED5/CBM/day for the first month; AED10/CBM/day for the second month (prepayment required). Maximum storage period shall not exceed 60 days. Contact sales for long-term warehousing. Sensitive goods cannot be stored.

We may arrange insurance through insurance companies on your behalf. Our handling fee RMB100 plus insurer premium: 0.05% of cargo value (minimum RMB100). Official insurance policy issued. In case of cargo damage, we assist with insurance claim application.
Option 1: Premium 1% of cargo value for general cargo, 2% for special cargo. With our insurance, full cargo value will be compensated for seized or lost shipments; freight non-refundable. Maximum compensation limit RMB100,000 per shipment. Note: This insurance only covers full-container seizure or loss. Cargo damage or piece shortage within individual cartons is excluded from coverage.
Option 2: We arrange insurance through insurance companies on your behalf. Our handling fee RMB100 plus insurer premium: 0.05% of cargo value (minimum RMB100). Official insurance policy issued. In case of cargo damage, we assist with insurance claim application.
After cargo arrives at our warehouse, in case of loss or seizure occurring at our warehouse, China-Hongkong transit, customs or airline, or loss during last-mile delivery, compensation for Dubai shipments will be: freight refund plus twice the freight amount. Cargo value compensation is not accepted; compensation capped at cargo value.
The following circumstances are excluded from compensation:
(1) Force majeure including transit congestion, traffic accidents, customs actions, weather, natural disasters, earthquakes, fire, war and other events beyond human control.
(2) Transit delays caused by flight/vessel scheduling or extended customs clearance duration.
(3) Platform refunds triggered by late cargo arrival.
(4) Fragile or easily deformable products.
(5) Damage or loss caused by inadequate packaging of the goods themselves.
Note: For cargo with purchased insurance, compensation shall follow the corresponding insurance clauses.
(1) Customers must truthfully declare cargo information. We shall not be liable for extra charges or transit delays caused by false declaration.
(2) For DDU non-tax-inclusive shipments, full set of customs documents must be provided as requested. Relevant handling fees will be charged according to rules if duties are not prepaid.
(3) We will not compensate for transit delays caused by force majeure such as flight cancellation, sea vessel schedule adjustment, port congestion, extreme weather, UAE customs inspection and domestic / overseas security detention!
(4) If return shipments are triggered by failed last-mile delivery or consignee refusal, all return handling fees and redelivery charges shall be borne by the shipper and settled on an actual cost basis!
(5) Outer cartons must be sturdy to avoid transit damage and warehouse rejection. Labels must be fully affixed and protected before shipment. All costs arising from undeliverable shipments due to blurred, missing or damaged labels shall be borne by the shipper. For smooth customs clearance, “Made in China” mark must be clearly printed or pasted on all outer cartons.
For non-standard cargo types, special oversize dimensions, bulk customized logistics plans, complex inspection orders and quotations for extra-large cargo, separate inquiry can be submitted per shipment for confirmation.
