SINO Logistics Senegal Dedicated Line is a mature air-sea integrated DDP double-clearance tax-inclusive warehouse-to-warehouse self-pickup logistics channel developed for the Senegalese market in West Africa. It includes three main services: Consolidated Air Freight, 3-Day Express Air Freight and General Sea Freight. Supported by our self-owned warehouse in Shenzhen and self-operated overseas warehouse in Dakar, Senegal, together with a professional customs clearance team and full-process visual tracking system, we can satisfy various client demands including regular restocking, urgent shipments and bulk sea freight. The channel features stable service, transparent terms and clear compensation rules.
All channels adopt DDP double customs clearance & tax inclusive service. Quotation covers duties and VAT of the destination country. Warehouse-to-warehouse self-pickup by default; last-mile delivery not included.
Consolidated Air Freight (HHS): Minimum weight 5KG, transit time 15–20 working days
3-Day Express Air Freight (SSS Express): Minimum weight 5KG, transit time 2–3 working days
General Sea Freight (LCS): Minimum volume 0.5CBM, transit time 65–70 working days
Rates are settled based on real-time exchange rate on the day of shipment. Separate quotation is required for special cargo, sensitive goods and oversize items.

Air Freight Billing Standard Chargeable weight is the greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight formula: Length × Width × Height (CM) ÷ 6000. Rounded up to 1KG; any fraction less than 1KG counts as 1KG. 167KG = 1CBM.
Sea Freight Billing Standard Chargeable weight is the greater value between volumetric weight and actual weight. Definition of heavy cargo: 700KG = 1CBM. Calculated by rounding up to full CBM.
Minimum size: 10×10×5CM (square cargo only)
Maximum size: Single side ＜310CM, height ＜160CM
All air freight goods must be packed with green woven bags and reinforced with adhesive tape. Two copies of our official waybill labels must be affixed to each parcel for warehouse admission. Parcels failing packaging requirements will be rejected.
Customs declaration for tax refund: +CNY 350 per shipment, extra pages +CNY 50 per page
Wooden case / wooden frame / pallet / flight case: +CNY 2 per KG
Oversize cargo (single piece over 1 ton / single side over 2m): +CNY 500 per piece
Food, cosmetics: +CNY 3–5 per KG
Ordinary chemicals, liquids, powders (MSDS required), small motors / engines: +CNY 5–8 per KG
GPS, desktop computers, walkie-talkies (small wooden case required): +CNY 10–15 per KG
Mobile phones, tablets (individually packed in retail box; Apple / Samsung brands not accepted): +CNY 200 per unit
Any special customs fines incurred by sensitive goods will be charged at actual cost.
Delivery Mode Overseas warehouse self-pickup by default; delivery service not included. Delivery can only be arranged upon separate confirmation for eligible shipments. If first delivery attempt fails, redelivery fee will be charged at local actual cost. If multiple delivery attempts fail, goods will be returned to overseas warehouse.
Return Policy This channel does not support returning goods from overseas to mainland China. After goods are returned to overseas warehouse, clients must provide disposal plan within 10 calendar days. Goods will be automatically destroyed upon expiry.
Storage Period & Warehouse Rent
Domestic warehouse: Maximum storage 45 days; goods will be abandoned if overdue. 7 days free storage, CNY 5 per CBM per day after free period.
Overseas air / sea warehouse: Maximum storage 30 days; goods will be abandoned if overdue.
Local warehouse in Senegal: 10 days free storage, 1000 XOF per CBM per day after free period.
Handling fee: 2.5% of received amount; minimum CNY 100 per shipment; maximum CNY 5500 per shipment.
Vague general declaration is prohibited (general descriptions such as electronic accessories or hardware accessories are not allowed; specific commodity names must be declared).
Material, purpose, quantity and cargo value of goods must be declared truthfully. All detention fees, fines and inspection charges arising from misdeclaration, concealed declaration or mixed shipment shall be borne by the shipper.
Export of national prohibited items is strictly forbidden: antiques, jewellery, currency, controlled articles, etc.
Battery-powered / liquid goods: Outer carton marks must clearly indicate battery-powered / non-battery-powered and liquid type. Liquids must be leak-proof packed with upright labels.
Fragile goods (ceramics, solar panels, glass, etc.): Wooden case reinforcement is recommended. Loss covered, damage excluded; no compensation for breakage.
High-value electronic products: Rejected in principle. If clients insist on shipment, risks shall be undertaken by clients themselves, no compensation for damage or loss.
Counterfeit goods: All customs detention and fines shall be borne by clients.
Compensation Standard
Air freight channel: Maximum compensation CNY 40/KG plus full freight refund for lost cargo
Sea freight channel: Maximum compensation equal to 1 times freight plus full freight refund for lost cargo
Loss Confirmation Cargo is deemed lost if transit stagnates for more than 30 working days beyond scheduled arrival time (time extended for force majeure), or loss is confirmed by our team.
Claim Application Time Limit Claims for parcels without signature must be submitted within 30 calendar days after tracking status stops updating. The right to claim will automatically expire if overdue.
No compensation for delay or loss caused by force majeure including bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars and policy changes.
No compensation for detention or fines resulting from prohibited goods, under-declaration, concealed declaration or declaration violations.
For liquids and fragile glass items: loss covered, damage excluded.
No compensation for missing inner items while outer carton remains intact and unverifiable.
No compensation for transit delay or customs clearance delay.
Goods must arrive at designated warehouse 1 day in advance. Private delivery is prohibited.
If there is big discrepancy in weight or volume, contact customer service for re-verification.
If no reply within 3 working days after bill issuance, the bill will be deemed confirmed correct by client.
After bill confirmation, provide invoicing documents and payment receipt for finance to issue electronic ordinary invoice.
Full tracking available online.
Submission of cargo to warehouse and order placement shall be deemed that clients have read, understood and fully accepted all transportation terms, charging rules, disclaimers and compensation rules of this channel.
Custom logistics plans can be consulted separately for oversize cargo, special chemicals, high-value goods, bulk orders and difficult customs clearance cases.
