No compensation will be offered for cargo seizure, damage or delivery delays caused by product infringement, false declaration, inconsistent declaration, improper packaging by shipper or force majeure events.
Full and truthful declaration of commodity name, material, quantity and cargo value is required before shipment. Concealment and misdeclaration are strictly prohibited to avoid abnormal customs clearance and extra charges at destination.
For sensitive and high-value goods, the special cargo air freight channel is recommended. Shipments must comply with channel requirements to guarantee stable customs clearance and transportation.
Outer cartons must be sturdy and neat with clear and complete shipping marks to prevent damage or identification failure during transit. “Made in China” marking is recommended on outer packaging.
The stated transit time is for reference only. Lead time may be extended without compensation in case of force majeure such as port congestion, customs inspection, adverse weather or local policy changes.
