Cargo insurance and compensation service are available for all channels. 100% full compensation is offered for lost cargo under LCL sea freight to minimize transportation losses. High-value and special cargo is recommended to purchase insurance in advance to avoid risks. No compensation will be applicable for cargo seizure, damage or transit delay caused by cargo infringement, false declaration, inconsistent declaration information, defective packaging by clients or force majeure events.
Accurate declaration of product name, material, quantity and cargo value is required before shipment. False declaration and mixed contraband are strictly prohibited to prevent abnormal customs clearance and extra charges at destination.
Sensitive and high-value goods are recommended to use the special cargo air freight channel, and shipments shall comply with channel requirements to ensure stable clearance and transportation.
Outer carton packaging of all goods must be firm and neat with clear and complete shipping marks to avoid damage or identification failure during transit. “Made in China” label is suggested to be printed or pasted on outer packages.
The quoted logistics lead time is for reference only. Transit will be extended in case of port congestion, customs inspection, bad weather, local policy changes or other force majeure events, and no compensation for delayed delivery.
