This client’s cooperation with SINO dates back to 2007, the year SINO was founded, spanning 16 years in total.

The clients are a Chinese immigrant couple residing in Toronto, Canada. They are very reasonable and easy to work with. Our 16-year partnership has gone far beyond pure business relations; that is why we regard them as friends.

Every year, our friends ship several batches of footwear from China to Toronto. Some shipments are full containers, while others are LCL (less than container load) cargo.

They return to Canada after placing orders, and sometimes they place orders entirely online. Once orders are confirmed and sent to us, we will contact suppliers and arrange delivery schedules.

We receive and inspect goods at SINO’s warehouse on schedule, and settle the balance payment on their behalf. Afterwards, we attach shipping marks, reinforce packaging and deliver cargo to the port. We prepare documents accordingly, track shipments and send customs clearance documents to them.

Before cargo arrives at the destination port, the local agent will notify them to settle duties and complete customs clearance for cargo pickup.

This workflow has remained unchanged for more than a decade. Simple procedures built on mutual trust.
