Since the development and deployment of SINO’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System, SINO has achieved substantial improvements in business development and management capabilities.
Later, when providing consulting services for other logistics companies, we recommended this system to them, and it also received overwhelmingly positive feedback.
The summarized user reviews are listed below: (1) When sales staff follow up with customers, all records of repeated communications with each customer are clearly displayed. Manual paper-based records are no longer required, enabling better oversight of customer follow-up progress.
(2) Sales team management becomes more direct and transparent. Without waiting for sales reports, supervisors at all levels can check their team members’ work status anytime and add notes or guidance on customer follow-ups. It is regarded as a powerful management tool for the sales department.
(3) The CRM system features customer follow-up reminders. After each communication with a client, the agreed next contact time can be set, and the system will alert sales personnel when the time comes.
(4) Customer ownership management is no longer a headache. The user who first enters a customer company into the system will be recorded as the primary contact handler. If another staff member tries to input the same company later, the system will block duplicate entries to avoid conflicts.
(5) When sales employees resign, the detailed time and content of all their customer follow-up records will not be lost. In the past, losing these records was the biggest drawback of staff turnover. This issue has now been perfectly resolved by the system.
(6) For one corporate customer, the system can store multiple contacts together with their job titles, allowing sales teams to engage different stakeholders within the same company for business development.
(7) Customer resources can be assigned to new sales representatives for follow-up simply and conveniently.
(8) The company’s pooled customer resources are stored in the Customer Pool. Resources can be allocated to sales staff, or salespeople can submit applications to claim customers, with administrators granting access in one click from the backend.
(9) Sales staff cannot arbitrarily delete customer data. User permissions can be configured to restrict unauthorized deletion or modification of customer information, greatly securing customer assets when employees leave the company.
