(1) 【Ship Today, Arrive Tomorrow】Express Air Freight + Last-Mile Delivery: Overall transit time 1‑2 days, premium ultra-fast channel. Direct flights from Shenzhen and Hong Kong Airports. Flights depart in the early morning and arrive at Incheon Airport, customs clearance completed within 3 hours, and delivery to Seoul area can be finished by noon. The Hong Kong departure channel can accept battery goods restricted for mainland routes. Cargo space is under dedicated supervision to guarantee urgent restocking, emergency samples and time-sensitive orders.
(2) Standard Air Freight + Last-Mile Delivery: Overall transit time 2‑4 days, primary air freight channel with three options: Shenzhen departure, Hong Kong departure and air freight transshipment. Multiple passenger-cargo flights depart from Shenzhen Airport daily, supporting general trade customs declaration and express customs declaration. Hong Kong Airport has abundant flight resources and can accept restricted battery goods. The transshipment option can effectively reduce logistics costs for large and heavy cargo.
(3) Multi-modal Tax-Inclusive Transport + Last-Mile Delivery: Overall transit time 4‑5 days, cost-effective primary channel. Suitable for bulky, lightweight voluminous cargo. It avoids high freight charges caused by air volumetric weight calculation and greatly cuts the shipping cost of voluminous goods, ideal for large-scale e-commerce stocking and daily foreign trade shipments.
(4) Sea Express + Last-Mile Delivery: Overall transit time about 7 days, low-cost economical channel. Supported by stable liner resources from Hong Kong, customs clearance is processed under express cargo mode, combining express service quality with sea freight price advantage. Suitable for large-volume shipments with low cargo value and no strict time requirements. Separate customs declaration for export tax rebate is supported.
(1) Acceptable Cargo: Regular general goods and ordinary battery-powered products. The Hong Kong departure channel can accept battery goods restricted for mainland routes. Oversized and overweight cargo shipments are supported, free from conventional dimension and weight limits of commercial couriers, complying with local import regulatory provisions of South Korea.
(2) Weight Range: 0.5KG–3000KG, covering small samples, single medium/large parcels, bulk heavy cargo and full bulk shipments, serving both small & bulk shipments and meeting demands for scattered e-commerce parcels and full foreign trade consignments.

Delivery Coverage: Fully covers major South Korean cities including Seoul, Incheon, Busan and Daegu, as well as remote regions such as South Gyeongsang Province, South Jeolla Province and Jeju Island. Delivery is available to commercial districts, industrial parks, private residences and overseas warehouse addresses nationwide.
Remote Area Rules: South Korea has sound domestic logistics infrastructure. Remote surcharges apply to remote locations including Jeju Island and southern provinces. Customers may consult us in advance before shipment to avoid extra costs.
South Korea Dedicated Line supports shipments of large and overweight cargo, free from conventional dimension and weight limits of commercial couriers. Oversized, over-length and pallet cargo must be notified in advance before shipment. Confirm that the consignee has forklifts and unloading equipment. Lack of corresponding equipment will incur high manual unloading and re-delivery fees, subject to the confirmed plan.
Full-process visible tracking is available for South Korea dedicated line. From domestic pickup, trunk transportation, port customs inspection, last-mile delivery to final signature, customers can query cargo transit routes, logistics milestones and shipment status in real time under one tracking number with transparent information and timely updates, allowing customers to monitor cargo status anytime.
Customs Declaration for Tax Rebate: Separate customs declaration is available to support export tax rebate settlement, with dedicated customs declaration specialists for coordination.
DDP Tax Payment Service: We can pay South Korean customs duties and additional taxes on your behalf. Tax rates can be obtained from sales representatives.

(1) South Korean customs implements strict supervision. You must truthfully declare commodity name, cargo value and material before shipment. Under-declaration and misdeclaration are prohibited. For battery-powered goods, select the correct departure channel. The Hong Kong channel can accept battery goods restricted for mainland routes. Confirm channel restrictions before shipment.
(2) Since transshipment involves different ports, the cutoff time varies for different departure channels. The cutoff for general trade customs declaration of Shenzhen departure is 14:30 daily, and express manifest cutoff is 18:00. The Hong Kong channel cutoff is 18:00 daily, with cargo crossing the border and boarding flights in the early morning. Goods must be delivered before the cutoff time to avoid space delays.
(3) We shall not be liable for compensation of transit delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to flight/vessel cancellation, port congestion, extreme weather, customs inspection at domestic and overseas ports and customs policy adjustment.
(4) For returned shipments caused by consignee refusal, e-commerce warehouse overstock in South Korea, invalid delivery address, unsuccessful signature, incorrect consignee information and other non-logistics reasons, all costs including return fees, redelivery fees and warehousing detention charges shall be borne by the shipper and settled on an actual cost basis.
(5) For orders of oversized and overweight cargo bound for Jeju Island and remote southern areas, confirm surcharges and unloading conditions before shipment to avoid unexpected extra costs.
(1) Custom one-off logistics plans can be provided for special cargo types, extra-large oversize dimensions, bulk customized orders, tax rebate declaration requirements and complex logistics demands, to match individual shipping requirements one-on-one.
