The whole line supports double customs clearance for France, offering two mainstream customs clearance modes to cover full-scenario delivery demands including e-commerce stock preparation, private delivery and corporate consignee receipt in France:
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Covers customs clearance, duties and all related taxes. Customers do not need to handle local French customs procedures or pay any destination-country taxes. One-stop service until goods are signed for, hassle-free and efficient.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Provides double customs clearance in France plus nationwide last-mile delivery. Duties, VAT and other taxes arising in the destination country shall be borne by the consignee. Suitable for enterprises conducting self-declaration and tax deferral compliance.
Core delivery scenarios: Supports dedicated delivery to mainstream overseas e-commerce warehouses such as Amazon FBA, FBC, 4PL and GoodCang in France. It also covers local corporate addresses, private residences, non-e-commerce warehouses and other addresses across France with no blind spots in delivery scenarios.

Air transport + last-mile delivery: Total transit time 5–14 days. Fast-track channel for urgent replenishment, suitable for rush orders, emergency restocking for stockouts and expedited shipment of small samples.
Trucking + last-mile delivery: Total transit time 25–30 days. High-cost-performance main channel with stable lead time and moderate cost, ideal for regular bulk e-commerce restocking and daily foreign trade shipments to France.
Rail + last-mile delivery: Total transit time 30–35 days. Stable channel for bulk cargo with sufficient capacity and low environmental impact, suitable for large volumes of general goods shipped to France.
Sea freight + last-mile delivery: Total transit time 45–55 days. Low-cost economical channel with excellent cost performance, suitable for large, heavy goods and bulk restocking with flexible lead time.
Acceptable cargo: Regular general goods, common battery-powered products. Most mainstream cross-border e-commerce goods can be accepted to meet the majority of export demands to France.

Main partners include DPD, DHL, UPS and local French trucking teams. We intelligently match the optimal delivery method according to cargo dimensions, weight and delivery area.
Delivery coverage: Fully covers French commercial zones, industrial parks, private residences, overseas warehouses and all domestic addresses in France.
Remote area rule: Surcharges apply for delivery to certain remote suburbs and islands in France. Please consult us in advance before shipment for confirmation.
DPD is the primary last-mile carrier for our France DDP door to door line. Parcels exceeding the dimension, weight or girth standards will incur extra handling fees or be rejected directly. Unified standards are as follows:
Dimension standardsCompliant size: Longest side ＜100cm, second longest side ＜60cm, third side ＜60cm. Oversize surcharge: Parcels exceeding compliant size but not reaching rejection threshold: RMB 350 per parcel. Hard rejection rule: Any single side ≥160cm will be rejected.
Weight standardsCompliant weight: Actual weight ≤30KG, volumetric weight ≤35KG. Overweight surcharge: RMB 350 per parcel if actual weight＞30KG or volumetric weight＞35KG. Hard rejection rule: Actual weight ≥40KG will be rejected.
Circumference & girth rulesCircumference requirement: Length + width + height ＜2.3m. Girth requirement: Length + 2×(width + height) ＜3m. Girth excess fee: If girth exceeds 3m, cost will be charged at actual expense (200–1500 GBP, subject to the carrier’s official invoice at that time). Hard rejection rule: Parcels with girth (Length + 2×(width + height)) ≥400cm will be rejected.
Full-cycle visual tracking for France DDP door to door line. From domestic pickup, main carriage, customs inspection, last-mile delivery to final signature, cargo transit nodes and status can be checked in real time with transparent logistics information.
France has a mature and stable local customs clearance system. General goods bear low risk of secondary customs clearance. Only for cargo transiting via some EU countries, there is a minimal possibility of secondary customs clearance. If secondary customs clearance occurs, all resulting fees including customs clearance charges and return & redelivery fees shall be borne by the customer.
For shipments under DDU mode, customers must provide valid self-owned VAT and EORI numbers. If tax deferral is required, full compliant documents must be submitted in strict accordance with our requirements. Orders without prepaid duties will be charged a 3% duty handling fee.
Tax deferral service is not 100% guaranteed for approval. If deferral application fails, clearance will automatically switch to duty payment on the spot. Final tax amount is subject to the French customs tax invoice. The tax number for deferral must be identical to the declared tax number; product sales links must precisely match the VAT number and shall not be modified arbitrarily before customs clearance. For DDU shipments and PVA tax-deferred goods, any inspection fees arising from customs inspection will be charged at actual cost. Do not place orders if you cannot accept this rule.
We shall not be liable for compensation of lead time delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to cancelled flights/vessels/trains, port congestion, extreme weather, customs inspections at home and abroad, policy adjustments and other factors.
Returns caused by non-logistics reasons such as consignee refusal, Amazon warehouse overstock in France, abnormal delivery address and unsuccessful signature, all resulting return fees and redelivery fees shall be borne by the shipper at actual cost.
Stable handling for general goods. Air freight: 5–14 days. Express air and standard air options available for on-time high-quality delivery.
Accept selected sensitive goods: consolidation shipments, medical products, cosmetics, perfume, adult products, food, health supplements, beverages, electric vehicles, commercially packaged liquids and powders (white powder not accepted).
Accept battery-powered goods and electric bicycles with batteries.
Accept overlength, overweight and oversized goods with double customs clearance & tax inclusive trucking door-to-door.
