SINO Logistics Brazil Dedicated Line is a one-stop cross-border logistics solution developed for cross-border e-commerce merchants and foreign trade enterprises. It integrates sea freight, dual customs clearance & tax inclusive service, warehouse self-pickup and delivery to e-commerce warehouses, and can meet shipment requirements for various cargo types and delivery scenarios. The standardized and categorized business terms are as follows:
The whole line adopts sea freight DDP dual customs clearance and tax-inclusive channel.
Important Notice: Quotation currency is USD. The exchange rate between USD and CNY shall follow the Bank of China’s selling rate on the date of payment.
(1) Delivery Scenario Classification: Quotation is for self-pickup at warehouse in São Paulo. Armed escort to private warehouses within São Paulo is available at extra cost. Delivery to Mercado Libre and Amazon e-commerce warehouses incurs an additional surcharge of USD 300 per shipment. Delivery service is NOT available for states other than São Paulo.
(2) Inspection Rules: We implement 100% carton opening inspection. Concealed declaration will be deemed as cargo misdeclaration. All expenses incurred at the destination port due to misdeclaration shall be borne by the shipper. The shipper shall take full responsibility and cover all costs for customs detention caused by underreporting or misdeclaration of cargo quantity and value.
(3) Certification Requirements: For products requiring certifications, clients shall provide corresponding certificates on their own, including: Inmetro certification for spare parts and consumer goods, Anatel certification for telecommunication products, and Anvisa certification for medical supplies. If clients do not hold relevant certificates, we can apply for them on behalf of clients, and all associated expenses shall be borne by clients.
(4) Cargo Label Requirements: Goods shipped to Brazil are not allowed to carry retail price tags in Brazilian Real (BRL), nor hangtags or price labels.
(5) Wood Products Requirements: All wood articles (including wooden pallets) must be accompanied by a fumigation certificate before shipment.
(1) Sea Freight DDP: Transit time of 45‑60 days after vessel departure.
Billing Rule: Minimum billing volume 1 CBM; any volume exceeding 1 CBM is rounded up by every 0.1 CBM. Volume-weight ratio: 1 CBM = 400KG. Document Requirements: The shipper must provide detailed Chinese & English packing list (including item breakdown, weight, dimensions, cargo value, product photos, HS code and material) as well as proforma invoice. Special Cargo Documents: For goods with built-in batteries, liquids or powders, MSDS and transport identification report are required. If MSDS is unavailable, clients shall provide a letter of indemnity. Outer Carton Shipping Marks: Shipping marks must be affixed on outer cartons as required to prevent mark peeling or damage, which may lead to failure in cargo sorting after warehousing.
Sea freight DDP only supports self-pickup at warehouse in São Paulo. Paid armed escort is available for private warehouses in São Paulo. Delivery to Amazon and Mercado Libre e-commerce warehouses is supported. No delivery service is offered for other states in Brazil.
