(2) For DDU non-tax-inclusive shipments, customers must provide their own Canadian VAT and EORI numbers. Full sets of documents must be submitted in accordance with our requirements for tax deferral application. A 3% handling fee on tax amount applies for orders without prepaid duties.

(3) Tax deferral cannot be guaranteed 100% successful. If the deferral application fails, customs clearance will switch to tax payment upon arrival. Tax amount is subject to the local customs tax invoice. The tax ID for deferral must be identical to the declared tax ID, and product sales links must be bound to the corresponding VAT number. Sales links cannot be modified arbitrarily before customs clearance. For non-tax-inclusive shipments and PVA tax-deferred goods, inspection fees incurred during customs examination are charged on an actual cost basis. Do not arrange shipment if you cannot accept this clause!

(4) We shall not be liable for any compensation for transit delays caused by force majeure factors, including flight cancellation, vessel schedule adjustment, port congestion, extreme weather, customs inspection at Canadian ports, security detention at domestic and overseas ports, etc.

(5) Returns caused by failed last-mile delivery, Amazon warehouse overstock, consignee refusal (including rejection by Amazon FBA warehouse), all return handling fees and redelivery fees shall be borne by the shipper, billed on an actual-cost basis.

(6) Two warehouse entry barcodes must be pasted on outer cartons for Amazon inbound shipments.

(7) Outer cartons must be sturdy and solid to avoid cargo damage in transit and prevent rejection or cargo loss by Amazon warehouse.

(8) Heavy use of yellow packing tape is prohibited. Fully paste SKU barcodes and FBA outer box labels before shipment and fully cover them with transparent tape for protection. If delivery failure occurs due to blurred, missing or damaged labels, all resulting costs shall be borne by the shipper.
