SINO Logistics USA Dedicated Line is a tailor-made one-stop cross-border logistics channel for cross-border e-commerce merchants and foreign trade enterprises. Relying on dual core air & sea transport systems, flexible tax schemes, nationwide last-mile delivery and oversized cargo handling advantages, it fully meets diversified shipping demands for US domestic shipments, including time-sensitive delivery, bulk stocking and large cargo transportation. The standardized and categorized business terms are as follows:

I. Customs Clearance & Delivery Modes (DDP / DDU Dual Modes)

Full-line dual customs clearance service for the United States is available with two optional trade modes to cover full-scenario delivery needs: (1) DDP Tax-Inclusive Channel: Covers full customs clearance, customs duties and all taxes. Customers do not need to handle destination-country tax matters or customs formalities, enabling one-stop receipt of goods with ease and high efficiency. 

(2) DDU Non-Tax-Inclusive Channel: Provides dual customs clearance plus last-mile delivery. Customs duties and taxes incurred in the destination country shall be borne by the consignee, catering to self-tax-filing requirements. 

(3) Delivery Scenarios: Supports nationwide delivery to US local e-commerce warehouses, non-e-commerce warehouses, local corporate addresses and residential addresses. Remote area delivery incurs an extra remote surcharge, which can be quoted upon per-shipment enquiry.

II. Core Transport Channels & Transit Time (Optional on Demand)

The USA dedicated line features two mainstream transport solutions: air freight plus delivery and sea freight plus delivery. Sea freight is further divided into fast vessel and standard vessel options, balancing ultra-fast transit and low-cost stocking with clearly tiered service levels. 

(1) Air Freight + Last-Mile Delivery: Express transport channel with stable transit time, suitable for urgent restocking and time-sensitive order fulfilment. 

(2) Sea Freight (Fast Vessel) + Last-Mile Delivery: Premium sea freight channel with shorter lead time than standard vessels, ideal for regular bulk stocking and orders requiring balance between transit speed and cost. 

(3) Sea Freight (Standard Vessel) + Last-Mile Delivery: Cost-effective low-cost channel for bulk stocking orders of large & heavy cargo with low time sensitivity. 

(4) Sea Freight Self-Pickup Mode: Our US sea freight service supports self-pickup, satisfying personalized logistics requirements for customers to collect goods at the destination port and arrange delivery independently. 

(5) Low-value small parcels tax-inclusive service: Tax-inclusive courier service is also available for shipments to the United States.

III. Service Coverage

This dedicated line mainly serves the entire continental United States, covering mainstream trade, e-commerce and residential delivery zones across all US states. It supports delivery to all types of cross-border consignments within the US territory. Deliveries to remote areas are available subject to applicable remote surcharges.

IV. Acceptable Cargo & Service Advantages

(1) Regular acceptable cargo: General goods, battery-powered products and other mainstream cross-border commodities. 

(2) Specialized cargo capability: Supports transportation of oversized goods, breaking cargo-type restrictions of ordinary channels. We accept various large, overweight and overlength shipments for large equipment, home furnishings and bulky merchandise. 

(3) Selected sensitive goods accepted: Such as cosmetics, e-cigarettes, etc.

V. Last-Mile Delivery Carriers

We leverage top-tier local US logistics resources for last-mile delivery, featuring wide coverage, high stability and efficient signature rates. Main delivery carriers: FedEx, UPS. We will match the optimal delivery solution based on cargo dimensions, weight and delivery area to guarantee successful delivery.

VI. Parcel Dimension / Weight / Girth Standards & Supplementary Rules (DPD as example)

DPD is our core last-mile delivery carrier. Non-compliant parcels will incur extra handling fees or be rejected directly. Unified standards are listed below:

1. Dimension Standards Regular compliant dimension: Longest side ＜100cm, second longest side ＜60cm, third longest side ＜60cm Overage surcharge: Parcels exceeding regular dimensions but not reaching rejection threshold, handling fee RMB 350 per parcel Rejection rule: Any single side ≥160cm will be rejected directly

2. Weight Standards Regular compliant weight: Actual weight ≤30KG, volumetric weight ≤35KG Overage surcharge: If actual weight＞30KG or volumetric weight＞35KG, handling fee RMB 350 per parcel Rejection rule: Actual weight ≥40KG will be rejected directly

3. Circumference & Girth Limits Compliant total of three sides: Length + Width + Height ＜2.3m Compliant girth: Length + 2 × (Width + Height) ＜3m Overage girth charge: For girth exceeding 3m, fees will be charged on an actual-cost basis (200–1500 GBP, subject to carrier invoice of current period) Hard rejection rule: Girth (Length + 2 × (Width + Height)) ≥400cm will be rejected unconditionally

VII. Cargo Tracking Service

Full-process tracking is available to query cargo transit routes and real-time shipment status.

VIII. Notes

(1) Certain EU countries including Romania, Greece, Portugal and Bulgaria carry risks of secondary customs clearance. If secondary customs clearance occurs, the customer shall bear all related fees including secondary clearance fees, return and redelivery charges. 

(2) For non-tax-inclusive shipments, customers must provide their own VAT and EORI numbers. Full documentation must be submitted in accordance with our requirements for tax deferral applications. A 3% handling fee will be charged if duties are not prepaid. 

(3) Tax deferral cannot be guaranteed to succeed in all cases. If deferral application fails, customs clearance will proceed with duty payment upon arrival, and tax amount shall follow the customs invoice. The tax ID for deferral must match the declared tax ID, and product sales links must correspond to the VAT number (sales links cannot be modified before customs clearance). For non-tax-inclusive shipments and PVA tax-deferred goods, inspection fees incurred during customs examination are charged on an actual cost basis. Do not arrange shipment if you cannot accept this clause. 

(4) We shall not be liable for any compensation for transit delays caused by force majeure, including cancellation of flights, vessels or rail services, port congestion, adverse weather, port bottlenecks, domestic and overseas customs inspections and other related factors. 

(5) Returns arising from unsuccessful delivery, Amazon warehouse overstock, consignee refusal (including refusal by Amazon warehouses), all return handling fees and redelivery costs shall be borne by the shipper and billed on an actual-cost basis.
